Home-cooked food and fresh bread are served at 12.00 sharp on working days (tuesday to friday). You serve yourself the portion that you desire. Transplant is open for food and coffee from 12.00 to 14.00. We invite you to call to book lunch before 09.30 at +47 5773 5200.

Food

To Kokker is a Chefs & Catering company based in Florø, Sogn og Fjordane, who supplies Transplant with food designed just for you.  We are also delighted to have the confidence of Christel Eide / “Mit Lille Kjøkken” (my little kitchen) who is often coming to offer to our guests delicate culinary experience. From tasty lunch, three to five course dinner, tapas & cocktail buffet, we offer you the best quality made from norwegian local suppliers and talented transformed by dedicated chefs.

Facilities

Transplant use local selected suppliers for our guests. Here, you have a wide range of possibilities – including apartements with unique fjord view, single/double rooms, an old landed gentry of Claude August Lillingston and the private guestrooms of Transplant. Our housing capacities are up to 50 guests. Over this amount, we have a partner owning hotel cruise ship that could come and install one of their vessels with 50 to 200 cabins with full services on board on Transplant quay.
